1. Clear After-Sales Service Benefits and Warranty Response Time:
During the warranty period, on-site repairs will be carried out within 24–36 hours (or 48 hours for locations outside the province). After the warranty expires, routine maintenance schedules and specific repair commitments will be clearly defined.
2. One-Year Free Repair for Valve Equipment with Complimentary Spare Parts List:
Valve equipment comes with one year of free repair service, including a complimentary spare parts list for the duration. During this period, any non-human-induced damage (excluding force majeure) will be promptly repaired or replaced free of charge by our company.
3. Lifetime Repair Service and Post-Warranty Maintenance:
All equipment is covered by a lifetime repair policy. After the free warranty period, if the buyer entrusts our company with maintenance, we will perform necessary repairs and part replacements, providing a detailed maintenance service list.
4. Minimum Service Life and Accident Liability:
Our company guarantees a minimum service life for the equipment. During this period, in the event of major accidents caused by non-human operational factors (excluding force majeure), the buyer has the right to hold the seller accountable.
5. Notification of Product Discontinuation or Model Changes:
If any equipment is discontinued or undergoes model changes, our company will notify the buyer in advance, allowing sufficient time for spare parts procurement. We will also provide complimentary spare part drawings and relevant technical parameters.
6. Complementary Services Provided by Our Company:
Installation and Debugging:
We are responsible for equipment maintenance, operational guidance, and training for operational and maintenance personnel. These services are provided free of charge.
Required Spare Parts and Tools:
Standard accessories and specialized tools necessary for the normal operation of the equipment are included in the total bidding price of the complete set.
